Roshani is a Senior Lawyer who possesses a Degree in Bachelor of Laws (Second Class Upper Division) – 2002, from Faculty of Law, University of Colombo, Attorney-at-Law (First Class) – 2003 from Sri Lanka Law College and Notary Public in 2005.

Before joining Aiyar & Company Roshani was an Assistant Manager – Operations at WNS Global Services (Private) Limited during the period of June 2012 to June 2013. WNS is a business process outsourcing (BPO) Company dealing with many outsourcing services and during her tenure at WNS she has under gone a “Process Training” that inclusive of theoretical knowledge, classroom training and practical training in off shore Companies (BVI Companies) held in Tortola British Virgin Islands for three weeks commencing from 08th July to 03rd August 2012.

Before joining with WNS, she was the Group Legal Officer and the Company Secretary of IWS Holdings (Private) Limited from 2008 January to 2011 August. She has gained a wide range of comprehensive experience in Legal and Company Secretarial practices.

After taking oaths, she has started her career as the Assistant Company Secretary and the Legal Officer at Finlays Colombo PLC which is a Public Quoted UK based Company in 2005 and she had been there till 2008 gaining experience both in Legal and Company Secretarial work.
